Order Fulfilment & Administration role

Cynergex Group

Equipment & Administration Support Officer

Equipment & Administration Support Officer Join a great team where you’ll be valued, supported and given the opportunity to grow.

Cynergex Group provides medical training and equipment to health professionals. We are a pharmaceutical wholesaler and Registered Training Organisation, with a strong focus on customer service, quality and, most importantly, our people and company culture.

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and organised person to join our friendly team at our Lane Cove office.

This is a varied, hands-on role that sits across our equipment and administration functions. Your primary responsibility will be fulfilling equipment orders from start to finish — receiving and processing orders, confirming details with clients, packing equipment, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate records, stocktakes and organising courier collections and deliveries.

You will also assist with stock control and may occasionally provide administrative support to our course bookings and accounts teams. You may also be required to deliver supplies to various sites around Sydney.

Full training will be provided on our inventory and internal systems, as well as our processes and procedures. You don’t need to know everything when you start – we’re looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn!!!

Why join us? We are a medium-sized business where people genuinely matter. We want our team members to enjoy coming to work, feel supported and know that their contribution is appreciated. Our office is small, with a team of 6. This role is not in a warehouse!!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door and develop a career within a growing business. The role is intentionally varied, and for the right person there will be opportunities to learn different areas of the business, develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities over time.

If you are reliable, take pride in your work and show that you’re willing to learn and contribute, we will invest in you. We believe in looking after good people and providing opportunities for those who demonstrate commitment and initiative.

All equipment and company vehicles required for the role are supplied, along with the training and support you need to succeed.
