As a
Sales Assistant based in our
Northampton branch you’ll be
responsible
for:  

• Driving 3.5t
  van for branch deliveries and collections to local
  customers

• Assisting
  customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific
  needs and providing product
  recommendations.

• Handling
  customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive
  attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring
  excellent customer
  service.

• Carrying out
  general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer
  orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and
  put away in the
  warehouse

This
is a full time, 40 hour permanent role – Monday to Friday between
6:30am – 3:30pm and one Saturday per month, 08:00 – 12.00pm (paid
as overtime) once
trained.

• Full UK Manual
  Driving Licence

• Proven
  experience in a face to face sales/customer service
  position

• Confident with Van
  driving

  branch
