About your Role:
You are a Registered Nurse who will bring clinical expertise, compassion and professionalism to the team. Your role will be based across 2 NSW sites, supporting patients across the local communities.

Your role will include the following:

  • Provide appropriate clinical care, including acute care and clinical advice, with support and consultation where required
  • Support and proactively pursue the completion of Aboriginal Health Checks, GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements
  • Monitor treatment and results, and implement appropriate actions in consultation with the treating doctor
  • Maintain equipment, restock clinical supplies, and help ensure a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Participate in clinic operations in line with RACGP and AGPAL accreditation standards
  • Build collaborative relationships with a wide range of staff across community and acute settings
  • Oversee stock control of doctor’s medication cupboards and bags
  • Work with the clinical team to deliver healthcare activities and initiatives
  • Contribute to health promotion and education strategies, ensuring community feedback helps shape planning
  • Act as a Care Coordinator for chronic disease management and health checks
  • Participate in Cold Chain Management and Infection Control activities

To be eligible for this position you must have:

  • Unrestricted AHPRA Registration
  • At least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Full working rights in Australia
