Position Summary
SWI is hiring an LTE Integration Engineer to perform installation, integration, and commissioning of Nokia LTE eNodeBs. This role involves end-to-end configuration, activation, and troubleshooting using Nokia tools and platforms.
Detailed Job Description
As an LTE Integration Engineer, you will handle site integration, commissioning, and on-air activation of Nokia LTE eNodeBs (AirScale/Flexi platforms). You will execute NodeB configuration, including transport setup (S1/X2), parameter loading, and license verification. The role requires proficiency in Nokia OSS tools and AMOS for configuration, health checks, and troubleshooting.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of Nokia LTE eNodeBs.
- Execute end-to-end NodeB configuration, including transport setup (S1/X2).
- Load parameters and verify licenses for network elements.
- Use Nokia tools such as NetAct, U-Link, BTS Site Manager, OSS, and AMOS for configuration and troubleshooting.
- Conduct health checks and ensure successful on-air activation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in LTE integration and commissioning.
- Hands‑on expertise with Nokia LTE platforms (AirScale/Flexi).
- Proficiency in Nokia OSS tools and AMOS commands.
- Knowledge of LTE architecture, KPIs, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Texas, or California.
