Bilingual Content Designer

We are partnering with one of Canada’s Big 5 banks to find a Bilingual UX Content Designer who thinks in systems, not just sentences. This team is driving the digital transformation of their commercial and corporate banking platforms. They do not need a marketing copywriter; they need a product thinker who can simplify high-stakes payment flows and self-serve technical guides into clean, intuitive microcopy.

You will be embedded directly in an Agile design pod, working hands-on in Figma alongside product managers and engineers. The focus is strictly on functional UX and technical content—ensuring that information architecture makes sense and that Québécois French is treated as a primary design element, not just a downstream translation.

The Details

  • 6 month initial contract with a strong track record of extensions for top performers
  • Pay between 50/hr-75/hr depending on overall experience
  • Hybrid (2 days onsite in downtown Toronto) or fully remote for candidates based in Montreal or Ottawa

What You Bring

  • Native-level fluency in Québécois French and English, with the ability to architect product logic seamlessly across both languages.
  • A portfolio demonstrating technical or instructional UX writing, specifically step-by-step flows, error messaging, and transactional self-serve content.
  • Deep fluency in Figma and experience managing content handoffs in Jira.
  • A background in complex, high-friction environments like commercial banking, fintech, or large-scale enterprise SaaS.
