• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

• Medications reminder and monitor health conditions

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices

• Accompany client to appointments or errands as needed
