We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Casual Administration Assistant to join our team for 25 – 30 hours per week to support our rural operation. Located at Kurrajong Park, this diverse role is responsible for ensuring administrative, HR, data management, travel coordination, and WHS functions are completed accurately and on time.

Reporting closely with operational and finance teams, you will manage key administration processes, maintain critical records and reporting systems, coordinate travel and training, support payroll activities, and ensure compliance through effective WHS document control and reporting.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft Office and database systems
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Experience with payroll, WHS administration, AgWorld, or agricultural operations (desirable)
