Cert 111 Mat leave and Traineeship Position fulltime Childcare

Eleebana Children’s Centre is a small boutique 38 place, two room Long Day Care Service that opens from 8am-5:30pm weekdays. We are a family based centre open for over 30 yeas We are a leader in the local area and are recognized for our innovation, initiative, leadership, quality and support for its Educators and Community.

WE REQUIRE A CERT 111 EDUCATOR FOR A MAT LEAVE POSITION AS WELL AS A SUITABLE PERSON FOR A TRAINEESHIP POSITION

THE CERT 111 IS FOR A 12 MONTHS PERIOD

Our Trainee position is an entry level for 18 months which could lead to a full-time permanent position and you will have the opportunity to work with all age groups within a friendly and professional environment.

Applicants must be 18 years or over to be eligible for this traineeship position.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• To be willing to study independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate level English proficiency is required for effective written and verbal communication
• A bright, bubbly and outgoing personality
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Be self motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Flexibility and a hard working nature
• Ability to lift children and equipment, and participate in active play
• Be willing to obtain a paid working with children’s check before starting employment
• Willingness to complete Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through traineeship
• MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OVER
• Year 12 completion is the minimum education level required for this traineeship
