Overview:
We’re seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 5–10 years of civil design experience to lead diverse site development projects across commercial, federal, municipal, healthcare, and industrial sectors. This role offers a blend of technical leadership and process improvement, with opportunities to manage large-scale projects or oversee multiple smaller initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute site civil design for regional and national projects
• Oversee civil plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Prepare project proposals, scope, and fee estimates
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams
• Assist with QA/QC processes and design standards development
• Review surveys, geotech reports, and site conditions
• Respond to RFIs and support construction administration

Qualifications:

• PE license (multi-state preferred)
• 5–10 years of civil design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Experience preparing proposals and fee estimates
• Familiar with industry standards and codes (local & federal)
• Able to travel occasionally (overnight by car or air)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Federal Facility Criteria (Whole Building Design Guide)
• Familiarity with QA/QC and civil drawing templates
• Leadership and mentoring experience
