About The Role
As a member of the Cleaning team at McQuoin Park, you will provide high quality cleaning services for residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents’ rooms.
- Support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
- Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
To Be Successful
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally.
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
- A reliable team player.
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
- Applicants must have full work rights.
