About you

Joining our team as a Community & Stakeholder Graduate, you will help us construct and maintain the transport infrastructure that connects and enhances the lives of communities across Australia. Delivering these exciting projects is no small task, but the lasting legacy they leave is big and tangible.

To be successful in the program you will have:

• Practical decision‑making skills
• A hands‑on approach to getting things done in a safe manner and as part of a team
• Passion, enthusiasm, resilience and drive
• Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and be willing to relocate to take on opportunities across the country to progress your career development

To be eligible, you must

• Have a valid right to work in Australia
• Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
• Achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100
