Procurement Director – Engineering

Mississauga – Hybrid – 3 Days in Office

$200,000 – 250,000 + bonus + benefits + vacation

This massive Canadian company is seeking a procurement leader, to run a multi-billion dollar sourcing project. It’s an extremely prominent position within this organization, leading a specialized procurement team, managing a massive annual spend and developing a key project for the company.

This unique role requires a seasoned Procurement Professional, who is used to working within a pressurized environment, to project timescales, with multiple moving parts. Project procurement background is required, due to the complex nature of this work. Industry backgrounds such as Construction, Nuclear, EPCM, Engineering, Mining, Oil and Gas etc will be ideal.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• 10+ years’ Procurement experience
• 3+ years Director/VP level experience
• Project Procurement Industry experience – Construction, Nuclear, EPCM, Engineering, Mining, Oil and Gas etc
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong Team Leadership experience
• Large spend experience
