Calm Tree
We are seeking support workers to support 3 female participants in a SIL 1:3 accommodation and provide community access participant in Griffin area and across Brisbane North to Caboolture.
As a Support Worker in our team, you will be supported to work beside individuals to build their capacity with daily living skills, assisting with social and recreational activities, implementing and monitoring practices that will promote a healthier lifestyle, empowering participants to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
The role will involve working with female participants with some complex needs. Some may need assistance with medication prompts, and others may show complex behaviours.
Experience and professionalism are highly recommended.
Required Qualifications and Suitability
Qualified and Experienced Female Support workers as all participants are females.
General Roster for shift for SIL: 6:00am -2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10pm with sleepover from 10:00pm to 6:00am, but may be subjective to change.
Community Access support is usually from 12pm -5/6pm.
Must be available to work weekends, sleepover and upcoming public holidays.
