CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay – Toukley NSW

Empower Lives. Build Community. Make a Difference.

Are you a compassionate Disability Support Worker ready to do more than just a job? At CatholicCare, you’ll be part of a mission‑driven team helping people with disabilities live independently, confidently, and with dignity. As a not‑for‑profit, we’re here for purpose—not profit—so every shift you work directly contributes to building a more inclusive, respectful, and empowered community.

Join our team at Toukley, where purpose‑built units empower adults with disabilities to live independently in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll deliver high‑quality, flexible care tailored to each resident’s unique needs—including those with complex medical conditions and manual handling requirements. More than just care, you’ll be helping individuals live life on their own terms, guided by choice, control, and a person‑centred approach that puts dignity first.
