Support Worker

Location: Central Coast NSW

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high‑quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Provide in‑home care and support participants with community activities.
• Encourage independence and promote skill development.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the support team.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting people with disabilities.
• Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential – training provided).
• Holder of a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Possess relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling, or willingness to obtain them.
• Excellent work ethic, strong sense of professional boundaries and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Good time‑management and flexibility.

Job Details

• Job Types: Part‑time, Casual
• Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
• Work Location: In person
