Support Worker
Location: Central Coast NSW
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high‑quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide in‑home care and support participants with community activities.
- Encourage independence and promote skill development.
- Transport clients to appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with the support team.
Qualifications
- Empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting people with disabilities.
- Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential – training provided).
- Holder of a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Possess relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling, or willingness to obtain them.
- Excellent work ethic, strong sense of professional boundaries and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Good time‑management and flexibility.

- Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
