Our team is looking for a talented Learning Experience Designer to help us create engaging and effective learning experiences for our modern learners.
Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and the ability to apply creative solutions to complex problems. They will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to identify learning objectives, curate existing materials or develop interactive content, and utilize platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and mobile learning applications.

1. Partner with functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to design practical learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
2. Create learner-centered educational content by applying basic instructional design principles and utilizing modern technology and multimedia tools.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, teamwork experience, adaptability in dynamic environments,

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree & 4 years of relevant experience.
