Job Title: Electrical Superintendent
Location: Sherman, TX
Pay: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
License Required: Texas Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee a commercial construction project in Sherman, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical work, proven leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of project schedules, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan installation and construction activities
• Enforce job site safety policies and procedures
• Manage daily field reports, material tracking, and crew schedules
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company standards
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians

Qualifications:

• Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
• 5+ years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
