On behalf of a client, we are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and exceptionally responsive Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and owner of several companies.

This is a fully remote role offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, executive management, client communications, and corporate administration across multiple businesses. It is ideally suited to a recent business graduate or ambitious early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow quickly, and build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple calendars, inboxes, and messaging platforms
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and itineraries
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day executive support
  • Draft and respond to emails and messages professionally and promptly
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and contacts in a polished and courteous manner
  • Prepare draft responses for approval on more detailed or sensitive matters
  • Assist with personal administration tasks such as gift purchasing and appointment bookings
  • Support corporate administrative functions across multiple businesses
  • Help improve organisation, follow-up, and overall operational efficiency
