As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dependable Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team.

About the Role

This position begins as casual while training and onboarding are completed, with a structured pathway into part-time and then full-time employment.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services including:

• House washing / soft washing
• Pressure washing (driveways, paths, decks, exteriors)
• Window cleaning (traditional and pure water)
• Gutter cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• Before/after photos and job documentation
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring site safety
• Professional customer service

All equipment, training and safety systems are provided.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Comfortable with ladders and physical work
• Able to follow structured systems and SOPs
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Strong with customer communication
• Willing to learn and grow within the company
• Holds a valid driver’s licence

Experience is preferred but not required — full training is provided.

Pay & Progression Pathway

Pay: $67,000 – $72,000 + daily performance bonuses

Our performance bonus structure is simple: Technicians earn a $50/day bonus when daily production targets are achieved. (This is based on scheduled work — no selling or pressure required.)

Stage 1: Casual (2–6 weeks)

• $30/hr
• Training & onboarding
• Hands‑on job shadowing

Stage 2: Permanent Part‑Time (2–4 weeks)

• 25–30 hours per week
• Performance bonuses begin

Stage 3: Full‑Time Technician

• 38 hours per week
• $30/hr + $50/day performance bonus
