As Head of Property Management, you will:

• Lead and support a task-based team across residential and commercial portfolios

• Oversee leasing, inspections, compliance, and performance systems

• Implement best-practice processes, modern systems, and professional standards

About You

You’re an experienced Property Manager or emerging leader who thrives on structure, accountability, and growth. You bring:

• A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Proven experience in property management
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Confidence in managing relationships and leading with professionalism
