The Scientific Laboratory Specialist is a vital position in our laboratory where individuals perform a wide range of tasks to ensure the highest quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses according to established protocols.

– In this role, you will also operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, prepare reagents as required, identify and troubleshoot problems that may affect test performance or laboratory operations.

You must achieve and maintain competency on all assigned tasks.

– Our ideal candidate should have an associate degree in a scientific field or equivalent training with a strong background in chemistry, biology, or medical technology. A minimum of two years’ experience working within a CAP/CLIA certified clinical lab environment is also necessary.
