Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the park runs smoothly and efficiently. 

  • Manage and mentor associates to maintain high levels of performance and morale. 

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing the overall guest experience. 

  • Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and associates. 

  • Monitor and maintain park facilities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests and associates. 

  • Qualifications:

     Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team 
     Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with associates and guests 
     Experience in the amusement park or hospitality industry to understand the unique challenges and opportunities 
     Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions 
     Customer service orientation to prioritize guest satisfaction and address their needs 
     Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
