Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Bristol – flexible hybrid

We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a busy claimant personal injury team at an established Legal500 firm. This role provides excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Managing your own caseload of personal injury claims
Pursuing claims up to £25,000 through and outside of the Ministry of Justice Portal, including pre and post litigation stages
Attending and contributing to weekly risk assessment meetings
Managing client expectations and handling complaints in line with company policy

Experience managing Fast Track claims and litigation processes
Strong investigative skills relating to liability in road traffic accident claims
Law degree, CILEx, or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
