Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Career Opening – New York

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + full benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-supported therapy sessions for clients of all types.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Keep precise and compliant client records.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Minimum of two years in clinical counseling.
• Specialization in family therapy, trauma, or addiction is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
