MyClinic Group is seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis in our Bacchus Marsh clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you’ll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner

Handling enquiries and booking appointments over the phone and in person

Accurately processing patient billings, ensuring patient details are up to date, and managing appointments for GP’s and Allied Health team.

Assisting with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and ordering supplies

Providing support to the clinical team as required

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role

A minimum of at least 2 years of medical reception experience is required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using medical software and standard office equipment

Proficiency in Best Practice medical software is essential

A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

The ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure

Australian work rights are required for this position
