Condustrial is recruiting experienced electrical professionals for a well-established industrial electrical contractor based in Jacksonville, Florida. This company specializes in process controls, automation, production-line installation, power distribution, motor controls, PLC systems, industrial networking, and plant maintenance.

OPEN POSITIONS:

• Industrial Electrical Mechanics
• Industrial Electrical Journeymen
• Electrical Superintendents I & II
• Electrical Estimators I & II
• Electrical Project Managers I & II
• Senior Electrical Project Managers

These are industrial positions supporting food and beverage plants, bottling and packaging facilities, chemical plants, distilleries, steel mills, and other manufacturing operations. These are not residential electrical positions.

FIELD CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Industrial electrical construction and maintenance
• Rigid conduit layout and bending, including GRC
• Motor Control Centers and motor controls
• PLC-related wiring, controls, and instrumentation
• Power distribution and production equipment
• Reading electrical prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshooting industrial machinery and electrical systems
• NEC and OSHA safety standards
• Working in active manufacturing environments

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT CANDIDATES:

Superintendents should have experience managing industrial electrical crews, jobsite safety, scheduling, materials, timecards, daily reports, quality control, and customer coordination.

Estimators should have industrial electrical estimating and takeoff experience. Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Beck Destini, InSite, or similar estimating software is preferred.

Project Managers should have experience managing industrial electrical projects, budgets, labor, materials, schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, invoicing, subcontractors, and client relationships. Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is preferred.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum experience varies by position
• Industrial electrical experience is required
• Food, beverage, bottling, packaging, chemical, or heavy-manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Travel may be required
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when projects require it
• Valid and insurable driver’s license may be required
• OSHA, First Aid/CPR, lift, and electrical licenses or certifications are preferred or required for certain positions
• Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in fast-paced industrial environments
