Occupational Therapist – Campbelltown, NSW
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary: Up to $120K + Super + Bonus + Travel Allowance + KM Reimbursement + Ongoing Professional Development

A well-established and respected Allied Health organisation is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in Campbelltown. With a strong focus on providing high-quality services under the NDIS, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team committed to improving lives.

About the Role:
This role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time, in a hybrid setting that includes clinic, community, and work-from-home options. The caseload can be tailored to your interests, including assessments or therapy across Adult and/or Paediatric clients.

Key services provided include:

  • Functional and ADL assessments with recommendations

  • Assistive Technology assessments (for simple to complex needs)

  • Fine and gross motor therapy sessions

  • Housing assessments (SIL, SDA, ILO)

  • 1:1 therapy – evidence-based and goal-oriented interventions

  • 24-hour positioning and seating assessments

  • Adult therapy (individual and/or group-based)

  • Manual handling assessments and training

  • Developmental milestone assessments for early childhood and school-aged children

  • Sensory processing assessments and interventions

  • Emotional regulation and behavioural strategies (delivered in homes, clinics, or schools)

  • Dedicated assessment & reporting caseloads available

  • Remote report writing flexibility

What We’re Looking For:
This position is ideal for someone who is clinically driven, passionate about person-centred care, and eager to develop professionally within a supportive and structured environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 year NDIS experience (required)

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration

  • Working with Children Check and National Police Check

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
