Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily support the workshop by sourcing parts to ensure timely and productive execution of time-critical operations
• Assisting to provide regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate and appropriate supply and guidelines are adhered to.
• Provide Parts Interpreting services & support to Mackay Branch activities
• Make phone contact with client base when requested to increase business and promote recent product and improvements
• Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and use of genuine parts.
• Monitor and keep informed of latest product developments and updates, using these to maximum advantage.

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a parts interpreting or related industry role
• Completion or in the process of completing certificate in Parts Interpreting (desirable)
• Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of internal combustion engines (essential) and automatic transmissions (preferred).
• Undestanding or Knowledge of Hitachi products (desirable)
