Job Description:
– Outpatient Geriatrics Medicine opening
– Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients
– Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00
– 15-18 patients per day
– No hospital responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
– Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock
– 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings
– Bonuses up to 40k year one.
– Additional bonuse year two
– Malpractice,
-$5,000 relocation

Community:
–Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic Coast
Requirements:
– BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
– Full License and ACN considered
– Spanish bilingual required
