We’re currently looking to fill a number of Civils Labourer roles across Staffordshire, Rubery, South Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified and experienced Civils Labourer to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team. You’ll be working closely with our fibre engineers and cabling teams, supported by our in-house traffic management operatives — all working together to deliver industry-leading fibre infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in civils works within the telecoms or utilities sectors.
• Mandatory qualifications to meet our contractual and safety requirements.
• A commitment to high standards of work and health & safety.
• A collaborative, proactive approach to team projects.
• A driving license is essential due to the nature of this role.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. 
• Overtime is paid at an additional rate

Qualification Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NRSWA Full Street Works U2 SLG
• SA006
• MT003

Salary dependant on experience.
