Job: Registered Home Manager – Learning Disability Service
Location: Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Full-time | Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Home Manager to lead a specialist learning disability service in Gillingham, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and compassionate professional to make a real impact in the lives of the people we support.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
• Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent standards
• Work closely with families, external agencies, and other stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager
• Strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities (essential)
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive, flexible, and empathetic approach
