The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews and background research on relevant topics
- Assist in designing experiments, surveys, or data collection methods
- Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data
- Create reports, presentations, or visualizations to communicate findings
- Maintain accurate documentation of research activities and results
- Collaborate with team members and attend regular project meetings
- Support the preparation of academic papers, grant proposals, or white papers
Ideal Profile:
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in (e.g., Biology, Psychology, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in research tools or software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, NVivo – depending on field)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Previous research experience is a plus but not required
