Pacific Furniture & Bedding Moree Retail Assistant
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Pacific Furniture in Moree, NSW. This is a part-time role, on average 3 days per week, including every second Saturday. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect furniture for their homes!
What you’ll be doing
- Provide personalised customer service and assist customers with product selection, ordering, and delivery arrangements
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented and merchandised to create an inviting shopping experience
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role is an advantage
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Previous use of a point of sale system and attention to detail
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for providing a great customer experience
- Strength in administration as the role includes ordering stock for sales, together with building a fortnightly local delivery run for our customer deliveries.
