Your Role

As a Sales Representative, you will support, train, and guide the distributors in your territory. You are their go‑to resource — the person who helps them perform, understand our products, and grow their market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop the distributor network by identifying new strategic partners.

  • Organize meetings to present our products, train distributor teams, and strengthen business relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales department to build tailored commercial offers, present them, and ensure proactive follow‑up.

  • Analyze the performance of current distributors, propose improvement plans, and oversee their implementation.

  • Prepare quotes and manage booking follow‑ups.

  • Plan the preparation and delivery of equipment to distributors.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a high level of distributor satisfaction.

  • Design and implement Web marketing initiatives and remain active on social media.

  • Participate in national and international trade shows to showcase our latest innovations.

  • Monitor competitors, analyze market data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

  • Perform any other related tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or experience in a related sales field
