Entry-Level Position

This is an entry-level position in a dynamic production team, responsible for acquiring skills and training required to perform various production functions. The role will participate in tasks such as bulk reagent preparation, label application, and kitting of finished goods.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in life sciences or a related field and possess excellent documentation skills with attention to detail necessary in a GMP environment. Proficiency in basic software applications including Microsoft Office is also essential.

• Perform simple buffer preparation and manual dispensing; support Automated Fill/Cap/Label processes; assist with complex manufacture processing as technical skills develop.
• Assist improvement efforts through the Change Request/Change Order process.
• Generate Nonconforming Material Reports, Change Orders, Out of Specifications Investigations Corrective Actions with associated deliverables.

The successful candidate must be able to follow written procedures effectively work within defined protocols frequent supervision ensure accurate timely safe completion daily work assignments uphold company mission values maintain accountability integrity quality teamwork principles.

• Associate’s degree life sciences related field High School Diploma/GED with two years relevant experience preferred.• One+ year general laboratory setting through prior job education combination both demonstrated.
