If you’re an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, no-fluff shop (and doesn’t need a dealership babysitter), you might just be our unicorn.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Greeting customers and building solid relationships—no robots here.
* Creating work orders and estimates using Protractor (or learning it fast).
* Managing technician workflow and scheduling repairs efficiently.
* Ordering and receiving parts like a logistics boss.
* Communicating clearly between customers and techs—you’re the glue.
* Keeping your desk (and your head) organized even when it’s chaos hour.

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years in a shop or truck centre—preferably non-dealer.
* Strong knowledge of vehicles (light-duty, heavy-duty a plus).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Confidence using shop software (we use Protractor) and handling VINs, odometer readings, etc.
* Someone who can work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
* Must be local to Revelstoke (or planning to move here with housing in mind).
