Snowplow Driver – Winter Operations Team

PAY RANGE: $30- $45.00

 

Impullitti Landscaping is hiring Snowplow Drivers to join our dedicated winter operations team! As a Snowplow Driver, you’ll play a critical role in keeping client properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in winter conditions, we want you on our team.

 

Key Responsibilities for Snowplow Driver:

• Safely operate a snowplow truck to remove snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Apply salt and de-icing materials as directed.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall and icy surfaces.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of plow truck and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, routes completed, and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and property damage.

 

Requirements for Snowplow Driver:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a Snowplow Driver required.
• Ability to work in extreme cold and overnight hours.
• Physical ability to shovel and spread salt when needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
