Talent Acquisition Manager

Accountabilities:

Hire top talent to meet organizational needs and workforce planning objectives
Evolve and optimize the Talent Acquisition function to align with best practices and business goals
Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to leadership for informed decision-making
Manage and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition vendors and strategic partners
Lead and monitor the work of recruitment staff to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and mandate

Requirements:

Education:

College or University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience:

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in technology and talent acquisition platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience in project management and process improvement is considered an asset
Proven ability to lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Skilled in data analysis and presenting insights to inform recruiting strategies
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop team capability and enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with a passion for creating efficient processes and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Self-directed, solution-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, mitigating risks, and providing actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to take a consultative approach, build collaborative relationships, influence stakeholders, and gain consensus to achieve results
