MacKillop Family Services in Footscray is seeking an Education Specialist to support young people in residential care, helping them re-engage with education through one-on-one support and advocacy.

This role involves developing Individual Education Plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with care teams to ensure students achieve their educational goals.

Candidates should have experience in education or youth work and understand the needs of Aboriginal children and families.

The position is part-time (4 days per week) and fixed-term until 12 January 2028, aligned with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022.
