The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Joiner with installation experience to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in manufacturing, assembling, and installing custom joinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installations onsite from start to finish, ensuring our products are fitted perfectly and meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

– Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
– Manufacturing, assembling, and installing high-end custom joinery.
– Managing the full installation process onsite with precision and professionalism.
– Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
– Ensuring quality control and maintaining high production standards.
– Collaborating with the production team to optimise processes and workflow.
– Operating woodworking machinery, hand tools, and CNC equipment.
– Adhering to workplace safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar joinery or cabinet-making role.
– Proven experience with onsite installation and fit-out of custom joinery.
– Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes.
– Ability to read and work from technical drawings and plans.
– Experience with CNC machinery (preferred but not essential).
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
