    The role of a  Counter Supervisor :

  • Support senior management with leading the front of house
    team, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift. 
  • Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation and
    service, also handling guests’ complaints and queries. 
  • Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure a
    cohesive and efficient team.

    • As Counter Supervisor, you’ll bring:

  • Mature work approach in a similar setting, leading the team
    positively and with sense of collaboration.
