Position Summary

We are actively hiring *Safety Technicians (Levels 13)* to support large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects in the Richmond, VA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or advance a career in construction safety while working alongside experienced safety professionals on active jobsites.

Whether you’re entering the field with an OSHA 30 certification or bringing previous construction safety experience, this role offers a clear path for career growth into higher-level safety positions.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily jobsite safety operations and OSHA compliance
* Conduct site walkthroughs to identify hazards and unsafe conditions
* Assist with incident prevention, reporting, and documentation
* Reinforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
* Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new hire orientations
* Maintain safety logs and required documentation
* Partner with field crews and project leadership to promote a strong safety culture

Required Qualifications

* OSHA 30 Certification (required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in an active construction environment
* Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
* Willingness to work in the field daily

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous construction safety experience
* OSHA 510 or other safety certifications
* Experience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
