OCTEC is seeking a Hub Pathways Manager based in Campbelltown to support sites across the Employment Region.
You will forge partnerships with community organisations, employers, schools and agencies to create tailored employment solutions and work experiences for participants.
You will develop referral pathways to engage youth and coordinate co-located hub spaces with partner services, expanding integrated supports and Biz services where relevant.
