JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Required, Certified
• Licenses: Licensed in FL or Universal License (IMLC)
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, RNFA
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-training in pediatric cardiac surgery patient care
• Other Qualifications: Experience in ICU setting, patient advocacy, and liaison skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric and adult congenital cardiac surgery patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room during cardiac surgical procedures.
• Manage post-operative care in the ICU, including monitoring and coordinating treatment.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the surgical team.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to ensure 24/7 coverage for cardiac surgery patients.
