Requirements:

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in outpatient or clinic nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• BLS required; additional certifications based on specialty preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient assessments, vitals, and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments under RN or physician supervision.
• Support providers during exams, procedures, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinic protocols.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment.
